  • Senior Pastor, Dave Johnson

    Pastor Dave Johnson has been serving at NCF since 2003.  He started working as an intern in the youth ministry and quickly became the Youth Pastor, then young adults pastor and has served as Senior Pastor since January 1st, 2012.  Pastor Dave has a BA in Political Science and an MA in Christian Education from APU.  He has a beautiful wife and three children.  He is passionate about knowing God and spiritual formation.  In his spare time you can find Pastor Dave at a local skate park or taking his family on an adventure.  

  • Worship Director, Jon Krimmel

    Jon joined the NCF team in July 2013. He and his late wife Laura have three beautiful children. Jon enjoys cooking, playing music, and fishing. He has a B.A. in History from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an MBA from Azusa Pacific University. Jon is passionate about leading others in worship. It is his joy to lead and join in the praises and song of the church body every Sunday. Jon loves the music of the church, old and new. He sees worship as a time where the NCF community has the great privilege of joining with the Church, across time and place, in praise to the redeemer.

  • Children's Director, Desiree Johnson

    Desiree Johnson has been serving in the capacity as Children's Director since 2002. She believes that every child deserves to be loved. It is her desire to make a positive impact on every child who walks through the doors of our classrooms. She believes that every moment spent with the children is a chance to shape their relationship with Christ, teach them His word, and show them how he wants us to live. God has instilled in her, a passion to love, care for and teach each child.

  • Patrick is graduate of Life Pacific Bible College where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in biblical studies and pastoral ministry. With over ten years of student ministry experience, he has a passion seeing the next generation achieve their God given potential and developing a relationship with the Lord. He is an entrepreneur, owning and operating a few different businesses over the years. He also serves on the board of directors at a performing arts school in Upland. As an actor, director, and producer; he has participated in many different projects both on the stage and on the screen. He loves pizza, carne asada fries, anything involving nature, youtube/Netflix binge watching, his dog, and naps. He is excited to be  here as the youth director and looks forward to seeing God work in the lives of the students. 

  • Associate Pastor, MArlia Cochrin

    Marlia Cochran was ordained in the Wesleyan Church in 2018.  She serves as an associate pastor who oversees first impressions and connections among people at NCF.  She also serves on our teaching team

  • Community Life, Pastor Paul Swanson

    Paul Swanson was born in Indiana and is the youngest of nine children. He married his high school sweetheart, Beth, in 1994. He served as Fairmount Wesleyan Church's Youth Pastor in 1996. He graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 1997 with a double major in Christian Ministries and History. In 1997, he moved to Houghton, New York where he was a Youth Pastor. He was ordained in the Wesleyan Church in 1999. While in Houghton, they had two children who currently attend NCF's youth ministry. In 2002, the family moved to Marion, Indiana, where Paul was chaplain at a therapeutic boarding school. The Swanson family has been in California since 2006 and immediately began attending NCF. Paul joined the Staff in 2011.

  • Office Manager, Aniko Sebestyen

    Aniko has been serving on the NCF team since 2002. She loves working for the Lord and in service with and for people she meets on a daily basis. Aniko is very involved with the many groups partnering with NCF. She serves on the Boards of Love Inc and Compassion in Action and helps distribute food, clothing and bus passes to families in need. It has been one of the greatest blessings of her life to learn, grow, help, and laugh with such a remarkable group of pastors and friends. Aniko and her son Josh work with students who are on probation and are assigned to work off community service hours. NCF is her family and she's here to help you in any way possible.

  • Becky Dolan is currently a senior Christian Ministry major at Azusa Pacific University. She is excited to intern and learn all she can. In her free time she loves reading, sewing and baking. Becky is just beginning the ordination process with the Wesleyan Church.
